The Chicago Graphic Design Club asked a series of Chicago-based designers to design a t-shirt that responds to the term “family.”

Barry says: “I think of family as me, the ones I live with, my relatives, friends, colleagues, and all sentient beings throughout the universe. One way I keep track of connections is a freezer bag in my top dresser drawer, which contains objects given to me by people I've known. You may recognize an object on this shirt if you're part of this group.”
