The Chicago Graphic Design Club asked a series of Chicago-based designers to design a t-shirt that responds to the term “family”.
———
Francis says: The concept of the “outcast” has always had a negative connotation. Whether in family, social groups, or the workplace. Those who don’t fit in may never fit in, as the world of normalcy and mediocrity pass by these silent majesties. This design reminds its bearer to have a unique voice of your own - one that goes against the horrible world of trends and cliches - a voice conceived from the quiet depths of your soul; for the outcast may never be understood by others.
